I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage and added a "With Sympathy" stick at the top centre.

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads, I finished off by using glittery border peel offs around the edges.
This is a lovely design suitable for various occasions.
