Printed and cut out design pieces. Topper was secured to black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border, before securing to front of white base card with DST.
Decoupage was added using foam pads and card completed with matching purple ribbon.
A pretty card which is quick and easy to make.

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto a scalloped card blank using DST. I added the decoupage elements using 2mm foam pads. A lovely easy card.
