Roses & Butterfly TopperCompleted by Rae Trees
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed the design on good quality matte paper. I attached the base to a pink scalloped card stock then to a whit card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. I added four small bows to the corners and a wavy edging. The decoupage on this is lovely.
A beautiful design!
