Pretty Pink Rose, with Border Roses on Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Maxine Jones

I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut oy out. I stuck the card topper to a purple emboosed mirri card with tape and added the scallop layer with foam pads.

I added the rest of the decoupage layers and added glitter to make a beautiful birthday card.

I finally added the greeting and border peeloffs to decorate it.
