Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the card to airforce blue card using d.s.t. I built the decoupage up with silicone glue. I added a thin fine lace to the edges and outlined the swirls with with liquid pearl and put pearl around the edges also. I used blue pearl on the happy birthday.

A beautiful card, the colour of the roses are deep and soft, the whole card is muted so the roses really stand out.
