I printed the image onto 160 gsm card and then added it to 300 gsm card. I added the decoupage with foam pads.
I added green pearl gems to the hat and stem of hat stand and added a variety of gems to flower petals.

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Edged image with gold peel offs. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added peel offs to text plate.
