I used just the front part of the pot which was added to a grey card blank. The flowers were decoupaged up and a blue dotty ribbon and the Happy Birthday embellishment were placed on the front of the pot.
A glittery silver border peel off was put round the edge and all mounted onto a light blue card blank.
