Before printing this file I typed Happy Birthday on the top scroll.I covered card stock with a backing paper then printed and cut out this file.
I stuck the card on to the backing paper and decoupaged three roses on to the card.

I printed onto Quality Glossy Photo paper. I cut both Scrolls out. I used DST to attach the fronts onto White cards which had the top layer scalloped.
I then used Pearls in middle of the white flowers, and used Pearls and crystal bling on the silver roses.I then painted Gold glitter onto each scalloped edge and on top of card.
This is a lovely design and would delight any recipient.
