Autumn Fantasy Roses 8x8Completed by Hazel Sumner

Two copies of the design were printed onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. I mounted one of the main pieces onto a scallop-edged card blank using dst. I cut the flowers from the other main piece and layered this piece and the sentiment using 2mm foam pads. I left a very narrow white border round the sentiment to make it stand out against the backgropund.

This is a strong design - very subtle shades used to great effect.
