Red Roses, Piano, and Champers with Drape Folded BookCompleted by Eunice Roberts

Before I printed this file out I typed "Happy BIrthday" down the spine of the book. I printed it on to thick card stock cut it out and folded where indicated.

I then made another copy of the rose on the front on decoupage paper, cut it out and stuck it on with sticky tabs.
