Then cut all the design pieces from good quality photo paper. I decoupage the central fan and rose with foam squares. I selected a sentiment "With Love" in gold tones and placed it on the bottom of the fan with one of the pink banners. I then took a black ribbon bow and attached that to the bottom of the fan. I finished off the design with clear gems in the four corners and the middle of the bow. ){kind=link}
