I matted silver shimmer paper onto a pink vellum covered card blank,edging with a glitter peel off border. I then cut out the fan,folded it a little to give more of a fan shape aand attached to the main card with foam pads and DST.
I decoupaged the rose,the added two strips of ribbon at an angle on the right of the card with the greeting in between and a butterfly just above.
