I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted the image to an 8x8 cream scalloped edge card,using double sided tape,i went around the rose petals with pink liquid pearls,added glamour dust to it while still wet,it sticks well,and makes the image look 3D,each petal stands out,added text.
