Foam pads and double sided tape were used to make this card. I punched a border along the right edge and added clear rhinestones to it. A matching pink border was made and adhered on the left inside of the card.
This strip compliments the matching insert and highlights the border on the front of the card. This is a simple, elegant design that can be used for many occasions.
