Happy Birthday Birds and BlossomsCompleted by Susan P. B.

Copied to glossy photo paper and hand cut all the elements.

Matted to blue card stock withy all the decoupage layered using double sided foam pads, I have added glossy accents to the corner elements, the bow, the flowers, leaves and the birds.Certainly the design will cheer any one up who is feeling unwell, it will bring the thoughts of summer to the lucky recipient.
