Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Using a cream 8 x 8 card I added the base image using d/s tape and placed some gold peeloff borders to the edges.
I then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed a "Happy Anniversary" sentiment onto the tag using gold peeloffs and added a green gem to the ribbon to finish.
