Blue Ice with VerseCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

Printed onto super smooth decoupage paper. Chose to use this as a card front as it is too nice to be just an insert. Added holographic peel off corners to a turquoise mirri card then mounted topper using DST. Assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
