I printed the base image on glossy photo paper. I backed it with a piece of white cardstock that I embossed and punched a border on each side. I used Liquid Pearl on the outside row of pearls putting a Liquid Pearl on every other pearl.

I then added a double row of the Liquid Pearls on the left side of the white cardstock. This was added to a blue card and finished with reflective glitter glue on the center of the flowers and the bow.

Beautiful image with brilliant colors. Perfect for many occasions.
