This is a gorgeous card. I printed it on cardstock and cut out all pieces. I used two stamps in the center. The little girl is by Sarah Kay, and the sentiment is from Flourishes.

Being a larger card I just added a piece of cardstock to the back side to make it more sturdy.

The decoupage pieces were layered using silicone glue. I added large dark colored pearls to the four ribbons.
