Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a White 8 inch card. I used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage. I put some gold glitter onto parts of the skirt.
I then used DST to attach the Gift element to a small Gift Card. A very cute design and makes into lovely card.
