I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all of the elements. I matted onto rainbow holographic card and then added a length of lilac organza ribbon along the left hand side of the topper.

I then mounted the topper onto a white A5 card base.

I layered the decoupage using foam pads, added a lilac bow to the ribbon and attached the sentiment. A truly beautiful card.
