Printed on to hq glossy paper.Once I had cut out the elements and tags I built up the decoupage pieces adhering with dss foam after which I stuck the design on to high quality black card stock using double sided sticky tape.To enhance the blues I went around parts of the tree's and borders in complementary sparkling blue gel pens before adding a shiny black outline edge and placing the 'Thank You' tag on the bottom left of design.This design comes with two other greeting tags 'Happy Birthday' or 'For A Special Friend'.
