I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the frame and girl with cat from one and decoupaged them onto the other copy.

I attached the image to a gold card and stitched lace and old diamond gems on either side.

Finally I adhered another decoupaged butterfly and the sentiment panel to complete it. This design could be used for all sorts of occasions.
