I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage roses using silicone glue and the envelope design using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added the greeting to the card using thin foam tape.
