Tulips and Butterflies Scalloped Edge Envelope CardCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I attached the butterfly?s wings using silicone glue.

I added glitter to the butterfly and the flowers on the border to enhance the lovely design.
