Scalloped Envelope Spring Flowers 1Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted centre of pansies with clear glaze, silver peel-offs round checked part of design and highlighted butterfly with star dust stickles.

A lovely design.
