Scalloped Envelope Pansies ' Inverted 'Completed by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a navy blue card stock and then onto a silver card.

I assembled the elements with silicone glue. This is a really beautiful design, Love it!
