Print and cut out the design. Fold a white card to fit the design.

Stick design to this trimming to shape for form an open card. cut out and extra flap/bow/fan 3D foam these to the main card. add a little glitter glue around the edge of the flap / the fan. add a gem on the centre of the bow and centre of the fan.
