Scalloped Edged Envelope Style Card for Baby Boy

I printed this image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto pearlised baby blue card, then cut out the top of the envelope and the decoupage pieces, made up the decoupage using silicon glue and mounted these onto the card, finished off with gold line peel offs.
