I preinted the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I attached the topper to a gold mirri card with tape and added the decoupage layers with foam pads. I added the greeting and decorated the card with gold border peeloffs.
I will add glitter to it to finish it off. This sheet makes a stunning card for many occasions.
