Pretty Ballerina Envelope Card with DecoupageCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this envelope decoupage design onto photo card and cut out the images and layered using 3d foam pads.

I matted the design onto lilac card and added floral beads, a pearl and a pretty pink bow. Perfect for the little ballerina!
