The main topper was layered on to holographic silver, green, then silver mirri again, it was then mounted on to a white 12" x 7" landscape card and the decoupage layers were shaped and added using pinflair glue.
Three strips of coordinating ribbon were then added using strong double sided tape and it was finished off with two silver embossed, white card sentiments.
