I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage which I mounted using foam pads and used the 'Birthday Wishes' sentiment. I then attached it to a bronze marbled piece of backing paper before attaching to a card blank.

A classic design and quite quick to make.
