Everything was cut out and mounted on a cream card, I enhanced the card by painting on deep pink glitter glue around the outside border, the scallopped edge and the tag.
The grey lines on the dress i made stand out by mixing some powder glitter with clear glue and very carefully painting in the lines.
Just to finish off i put the 4 outline stickers on the edge of the card.
