Cut out and put together the decoupage. Mixed some glitter powder and clear glue to glitter the fine blue lines on the dressing gown and matching head band.
Glittered the scollaped edge with burgandy glitter glue. put the whole picture on a pink lien card glittered the pink flowers and to finish off put on corners and outline stickers.
