I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted the main image to an A5 card,i then mounted the flap useing silicone glue,i put glamour dust onto the frill on the pram hood and body,then stuck on a blue bow on the pram and one at the top of the card,i also hung a pair of blue baby's booties onto the banner.
