Gold Roses on Opal Scallop Envelope TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage and the envelope design using thin foam tape. I attached Opal Decadence Backing Paper 4, cUp 221647_123 to the card using double sided tape.
