Garden Roses Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added scalloped sheet and decoupage with foam pads, and finished with bow and greetings and crystal stickles to highlight butterflies.
A beautiful design.
