Fairy on a Toadstool Envelope DesignCompleted by Lady Rosie Designs

I place the base image onto black card with double sided tape and then mounted it onto my cream pearlescent 300gm card.

I then placed the decoupage image of the fairy onto the card with foam mounts and attached some silver rhinestones to the wings.

I put the same black backing paper behind the Happy Birthday quote and used mini mounts to attach it.
