Elegance Itself Envelope CardCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto decoupage paper then cut it out,i mounted the main image onto an A5 card ,then decoupaged up the lady,i coloured some peel off to stick on my card so i put corners and some around the sides of the card finally adding the text bar.
