Country Envelope CardCompleted by Julie Lynch

Printed sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out. Adhered base picture to white square card and used silicone to build up the layers. Added a gold border sticker around the outer edges and a large Happy Birthday text sticker.

I also added some dark blue rhinestones to his hat, buttons and bow. He is so cute!! Thank you for the opportunity to show finished product.
