I printed this lovely design onto quality card,I then cut out all the elements,I took a blank scalloped card and attached the base design then built the decoupage layers with foam pads I finished by adding a lace butterfly, scalloped ribbon bow a little glitter and a greeting.Makes such a lovely finished card.
