Celebrate 40 Envelope CardCompleted by Dawn Jones

I printed the sheet in A4. I cut out the base card and mounted onto folded card which I had already backed with a purple backing paper.

I then cut out the envelope topper and placed onto the card, Finally I cut out the balloons and the greeting and added to the card.
