I resized the design slightly and stuck to the front of pale pink card leaving a 2 inch border to the side of the design.

I made up the decoupage and added jewels to the butterflies wings and the bow on the rattle and balloon.

I added Baby Girl peel offs to the design. On the border that I left on the card I used double sided tape and made two glittered borders. In the centre going down the card I added my own stamped out congratulations and two shrink plastic flowers. A really lovely design to give to any new parents.
