Black and Red Elegance Art Deco Scalloped Edge Envelope Card
this is a scalloped edge envelope card of an art deco lady in an elegant black and red dress for any female birthday or mothers day

I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to red card, then on to gold mirror card and then mounted on to an a5 red card.
The sheet was printed onto 240g card. The main picture was trimmed and then mounted onto a black art deco background using acrylic glue. The other images of the lady and the greeting were cut out and mounted using sticky pads.
Finally the completed card was decorated with self-adhesive crystal gems on the candles, red gems on the dress and shoes and black gems on the hat.
Printed the sheet on lightweight card and cut out. Matte and layered the topper on silver mirri card then on to an A5 card, using DST. The layer and decoupage were added with foam pads.
I printed the design onto good quality photo paper, then cut out the main part of the card and glued it onto 250gsm card, after first glueing a background sheet to the card. .
I cut out the decoupage and applied to the card with sticky fixers.
I then personalised the card with the recipients name and added an insert sheet with greeting.
