I printed on to paper, then mounted the topper on to a gold pearl card and edged with peel-offs to resemble a frame.
Then used more peel-offs to make a hanging chain with a brad for the picture hook.
Layered the extra element with 3d foam tape and added a name plate to finish. Great fun design.
