With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, then added a gold border around the outside edges, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, and finishing wth the happy birthday sentiment which i placed below the carriage.
