Satin & Lace - Engagement
A cream satin background with a gold and white lace border, and a layered ivory topper edged with cream and gold pearls, and featuring an image of an engagement ring and champagne glasses in the centre.
Finished off with a greeting.

The text was added using PSP X5. I printed the sheet on to photo paper. The main image was attached to white spider lace, then on to pearl card. Gold peel off was used for all the borders.
I cut out all the elements after printing the sheet onto smooth white cardboard and then I mounted the decourpage elements with foam tape onto the base topper.
I inked the edges of a cream Crafty Bob's 8 x 8 card base with gold, and used a gold stamp pad to gently add a glisten to the card base, and followed up with biscuit coloured Perfect Pearls Mist to give the card a shimmer all over.
I cut out the gold lace with a die and used it to add dimension to the card. I then applied it to the base topper and attached the topper to the card base on an angle.
I finished it off with a black and silver bow and added cream liquid pearl dots to the centre's of the flowers on the topper.
