I PRINTED THIS ON 110 WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT ALL OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I THEN MATTED IT WITH DIFFERENT COLORS OF METALLIC PAPER. I DECIDED ON A EASTER BACK GROUND SO I GLUED THAT TO A BLANK CARD.
THEN I GLUED THE ART WORK ON TOP OF THAT. THEN I DID THE OUT SIDE BORDER WITH FUSHIA METALLIC PAPER AND THEN PUT A PINK PUNCH BORDER ON TOP OF THAT SO THE FUSHIA WOULD SHOW THROUGH THE HOLES OF THE PUNCH.
