I printed this on glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and mounted it using foam pads. I then added glittery silver peel offs round the edges and a few crystals on the centre of some of the stars to highlight them.
I then attached the finished piece to a white card blank. A really pretty card and quick to make.
